The Brič Estate
The Brič Estate is located in the wine-growing region of Slovenian Istria, right on the Slovenian-Croatian border above the Dragonja Landscape Park. For generations, dedicated winegrowers have been cultivating the vines on these hills, rewarded with a rich harvest.
The estate houses one of the most modern wineries in both the near and far surroundings.
The entire project and architectural design of the winery are the work of renowned European architect Prof. Boris Podrecca.
The winery is ranked among the 100 most beautiful wineries in the world.
Our wines
We cultivate 36 hectares of vineyards in a single stretch, all managed organically.
Located at an altitude of between 270 and 350 meters, the vineyards benefit from both Mediterranean and continental influences, which gives our wines their unique character.
Thanks to the proximity of the vineyards, the grapes are processed within an hour of harvest, preserving all the natural aromas.
We produce wine from carefully selected organic grapes, using modern technology and meticulous control at every step. We emphasize the fruitiness, freshness, and fullness of young wines, while aging in large wooden barrels and barriques brings maturity and complexity – especially in our red wines.
On the estate we have around 500 olive trees, cultivated organically. From them we produce organic extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed.
